AEP Networks Executive Management Team


Pat Donnellan
CEO

Pat has served as CEO and director of AEP Networks since 2002 having joined the company at the beginning of its startup phase. He has substantial international experience in directing startup companies, mergers, acquisitions and business restructuring. Prior to joining AEP, Pat held several senior positions in Modus Media, a global leader in the technology services sector, from 1994 to 2001 including President – EMEA, President – North America, COO and Group President – International. Pat holds a BA from the National University of Ireland – Galway.



Kathy Kinnamon
CFO

Kathy has over 19 years of experience in accounting operations, treasury, human resource management and corporate finance. Previously, Kathy served as
VP Finance/Controller at Netilla Networks (prior to the merger). Before that, she served in the capacities of Acting Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President and Treasurer for KCS Energy, Inc. where she directed corporate accounting, treasury, human resources and bank relations, and raised more than $500 million in the private and public equity and debt markets prior to the company's relocation to Houston, TX. Kathy holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Rider University.


Reggie Best
COO

Reggie brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in information technology products and business management to AEP Networks. Prior to the merger of AEP Systems, Ltd and Netilla Networks, Inc. in December 2004, Reggie was Co-founder, President and CEO of Netilla Networks, a pioneer in SSL VPNs. Before that, Reggie founded AccessWorks Communications, an Internet/remote access company acquired by 3Com Corporation in 1995. In 1986 Reggie was a co-founder of Teleos Communications, which was later sold to Madge Networks. Reggie started his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories and holds a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from City College of New York and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.



Peter Clark
Vice President, Sales – Europe, Middle East and Africa

Peter is a true “industry veteran” with over 35 years experience in computing and I.T. Starting as a software engineer on mainframe computers, he progressed from a technical to a commercial role, and has held many sales and marketing management positions over the past 30 years, primarily within the network and communications security sector, including time within SCC, and as UK Sales Manager at Thales e-Security. Peter has a wealth of experience within the Government arena, having spent the last 10 years exclusively within this market.


Stephen Lewis
Vice President, Business Development Europe

Stephen Lewis has over 30 years experience in IT, computer security and cryptographic security and now leads AEP Networks' Business Development in Europe . Since joining AEP Networks, Stephen has specialised within the areas of network encryption consultancy, equipment and security architecture design and product management. Projects include the development of Network Security Architectures for major UK and European Criminal Justice Systems, the integration of AEP Networks' encryption products into national and international communications infrastructure systems and innovative design work in the area of data separation in shared service environments. Prior to joining AEP Networks, Stephen was a public servant responsible for advising UK industry on the design and development of cryptographic products and services.



Melody Iffland
Vice President, Marketing

Melody joins AEP from Lumeta Corporation, where she served as the director of marketing. During her tenure, she was instrumental in launching their flagship IPsonar network vulnerability assessment product. Prior to joining Lumeta, Melody was the senior marketing manager at Flarion Technologies - Qualcomm. She spent the first twelve years of her career working with NCR Corporation where she held a variety of roles including industry marketing manager for the communications industry, an organization that delivered Teradata database and CRM/BI software solutions to Global 500 companies. Melody holds a B.S. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
