Microsoft Media Player conflict with SHIM

Issue: Currently a system with SmartPass 4.x prior to version 4.5 installed, will experience a conflict when attempting to launch Microsoft Media Player from within Internet Explorer..

Symptom: The conflict will cause Internet Explorer to shutdown.

Resolution: Launch a separate session for the Media Player outside of Internet Explorer.

This issue is resolved in SmartPass 4.5.
