AEP Reseller & Service Partner Benefits

The AEP Business Partner Program reseller benefits include:

Discounts: Resellers and Service Partners receive discounts on products and services purchased through an authorized Distributor.

Services Revenue: Participants can earn revenue from selling AEP Networks maintenance by 1) reselling AEP Networks Maintenance Contracts or 2) becoming a Service Provider (Platinum). This optional value-added program allows Certified resellers to perform installations and upgrades and provide telephone support to their end users directly rather than contracting through AEP Networks.

Training: AEP Netilla Security Platform (NSP) and AEP NACpoint

Our Web-based training program is designed to allow our partners to introduce, position, sell and support the NSP and NACpoint products.

The Sales Training program explains product features and benefits, competitive differentiators, pricing strategies, and how to recognize and overcome obstacles in order to close a successful project.

Our Technical Training program empowers our partners to provide first-level technical support and to maximize their professional services revenue opportunities, and explains how to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot the AEP product family.

The web-based training program has been created for ease of use and efficiency; the collection of brief, on-demand tutorials are posted to our secure Partner Portal, where they can accessed at any time.

    • Public Website Recognition and Promotion: Placement of the corporate logo on the Partners page and a hotlink to the resellers' corporate site.

  7. AEP Networks Partner Communiqué: The AEP Networks Partner Communiqué is a weekly/monthly published electronic information update for the AEP Business Partner channel. These communiqués feature late breaking news on vital corporate developments, new programs, product introductions and updates.
