Registration
Instructions for SmartGate Partner Extranet Access:
To gain access
to the secured partner web site, member partners need to install AEP SmartPass
on their computer, register, and be authorized for access. The following
instructions will guide you through the process which will only take a
few minutes. Note: If SmartPass
is already installed on your computer, begin at instruction #3.
- From your browser,
go to Request
Form to request a SmartPass download.
- Download SmartPass,
and follow the installation instructions. After rebooting...
- Run SmartPass and go to http://aepsmartgate.aepnetworks.com:443/OLR to register.
- Email gov.info@aepnetworks.com
when you have registered and are ready to be enabled. You will be authorized
to securely access the Preferred Partner Web site. Confirmation will be
sent to you via e-mail.
Direct any technical
problems in registering to chris.karchnak@aepnetworks.com.
Once authorized to
access the site, go to Partner Login
and select Login Here. SmartPass must be running or the access request
will not be permitted. |
